Delete Your Account

Applies to the Makwagy customer app and the Makwagy Partner app.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Makwagy app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the deletion. Your account is queued for deletion immediately.

Or request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email privacy@makwagy.com from your registered email, or include the phone number you signed up with. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within thirty (30) days.

What happens to your data

Deleted: profile, saved addresses, push notification tokens, support history, marketing consent.
Kept: anonymized order and transaction records required by Egyptian tax law (up to 7 years), with all directly identifying personal data redacted.

حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق

  1. افتح تطبيق مكوجي وسجِّل الدخول.
  2. انتقل إلى الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب.
  3. أكِّد الحذف. سيُجدول حسابك للحذف فورًا.

أو اطلب الحذف عبر البريد الإلكتروني

إذا لم تعد قادرًا على الوصول إلى التطبيق، أرسل بريدًا إلكترونيًا إلى privacy@makwagy.com من بريدك الإلكتروني المسجَّل، أو اذكر رقم الهاتف الذي سجَّلت به. سنتحقق من هويتك ونُكمل الحذف خلال ثلاثين (30) يومًا.

ماذا يحدث لبياناتك

يُحذف: الملف الشخصي، العناوين المحفوظة، رموز الإشعارات، سجل الدعم، موافقات التسويق.
يُحتفظ به: سجلات الطلبات والمعاملات مجهولة الهوية المطلوبة بموجب قانون الضرائب المصري (حتى 7 سنوات)، مع حجب جميع البيانات الشخصية المُعرِّفة.
